Rolling Hills Ranch · Rolling Hills Ranch

Rolling Hills Ranch is one of eastern Chula Vista's largest master-planned communities, spread across roughly 1,200 acres on the ridge north of Otay Ranch.

Built out primarily in the early 2000s, it's known for its Mediterranean-style architecture and its standout community park.

The community's landscaping, habitat areas, and storm water systems are maintained through Community Facilities District 11M, formed by the City of Chula Vista in 2004 — a level of coordinated upkeep that helps the neighborhood's shared open space stay consistently well cared for.
