EastLake Woods

Spacious homesites in the hills, with views stretching toward the mountains.

EastLake Woods · The EastLake Family

EastLake Woods is part of "EastLake III," the newer, hillside chapter of the EastLake master plan tucked near Upper Otay Lake.

Development began in 2002, with the first families moving in the following year — making it one of the more recently built corners of EastLake.

It's part of the same broader push that brought Salt Creek Elementary online in 2004 and, a few years later, the SR-125 toll road in 2007 — both of which made this hillside pocket of EastLake far more connected to the rest of San Diego County.
