EastLake Trails

Built for walking, jogging, and everything in between.

EastLake Trails · The EastLake Family

EastLake Trails lives up to its name — this section of the EastLake master plan, built out mostly between 2001 and 2005, was designed around a network of walking, jogging, and biking trails threading between its parks.

It sits right in the middle of the EastLake story chronologically — built after the original EastLake Greens golf-course phase, but before the newer hillside neighborhoods of EastLake III took shape — which gives it a settled, established feel without being the oldest part of the community.

Local Facts & Lore

  • Construction ran roughly 2001–2005, making it one of the more established EastLake neighborhoods.
  • True to its name, the community is built around a network of trails connecting several neighborhood parks.
  • Like the rest of EastLake, families here have access to the broader EastLake school network, including EastLake Middle School and EastLake High School.
  • Its central location within EastLake puts residents within easy reach of both EastLake Greens' golf course amenities and the Otay Ranch Town Center shopping district to the south.
